Spring Fling Brunch

The most recent Lighthearted Kitchen Spring Brunch was an absolute delight, and I am truly grateful for all the guests who joined us for this lovely gathering. With a vibrant atmosphere and a delicious menu, we savored mouth-watering seasonal dishes — fresh candy striped beets, red kyoto carrots, and heirloom potato pancakes — all while sipping refreshing mimosas in the pleasant company of our neighbors.
The event took place at a charming local coffee shop called Neat Coffee, where the warm and welcoming environment perfectly reflected the essence of our community here in Costa Mesa.
It was during this wonderful brunch that we formed lasting connections and built friendships with fellow community members, all while basking in the cheerful sunshine — making the Lighthearted Kitchen Spring Fling an unforgettable experience.
