Community Guidelines.
Lighthearted Kitchen works because hosts, guests, and chefs treat each other with respect. These guidelines apply to everyone on the platform and at events.
Respect and safety
Treat everyone with courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, threats, and abusive behavior are not tolerated, on the platform or in person. Chefs and hosts should feel safe at every event.
Honesty
Be accurate in your profile, menus, reviews, and event details. Hosts should disclose allergies and dietary needs truthfully; chefs should represent their experience, menus, and pricing honestly.
Conduct at events
Provide a safe environment, follow lawful and reasonable instructions, and handle alcohol responsibly. Events are for adults; minors may attend only as guests under the responsibility of the adult host or ticket purchaser.
Lighthearted Kitchen does not sell, supply, or provide alcohol; any alcohol is the responsibility of the host, venue, chef, or licensed vendor, who must comply with all applicable laws and permits. Alcohol may not be included in the booking price unless Lighthearted Kitchen has approved a compliant workflow.
Keep it on-platform
Keep bookings, payments, and communication on Lighthearted Kitchen. It protects both sides — the activity log, payment protection, and our ability to help with a dispute all depend on it.
Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these guidelines or our Terms. Report concerns to support@lightheartedkitchen.com.
