What a fantastic event! Our Earth, Farm & Table collaboration was a celebration of all things sustainable, organic, and delicious. We teamed up with The Salt Horse and local partners like Autonomy Farm and Bluebird Canyon Farms to create a menu that was both delicious and responsibly sourced.
Our guests were treated to a variety of farm-to-table delights — from chili-spiced focaccia and garden salsa compound butter made by Dough and Dirt, to locally sourced hangar steak from Autonomy Farms. We also shared our passion for supporting local farms like Bluebird Canyon Farms, and talked about the importance of nutrient density for both the people and the planet.

One of the highlights of the event was the opportunity to connect with other like-minded individuals and businesses who share our commitment to sustainability. We had fantastic conversations about everything from sourcing at the farmers’ markets and regenerative farming practices to reducing food waste and supporting local economies.
Overall, our Earth, Farm & Table event was a wonderful reminder of the power of collaboration and community. By working together and supporting each other, we can create a more sustainable, resilient, and delicious future for everyone.
