About Me

I am the Founder of Lighthearted Kitchen and a seasonal chef inspired by the connection between food, the body, and the land. My work began through my own healing journey and grew into intimate dinners rooted in organic sourcing, seasonality, education, and intention. Through Lighthearted Kitchen, I create culinary experiences that feel nourishing, beautiful, and deeply connected to the moment - while helping other like-minded chefs do the same.

Booked Chelsey for our 10th anniversary. She built a four-course menu around "she loves coastal flavors and stone fruit" — no other direction from me — and my wife cried during dessert. Magic.

Holiday party for 18 and most of the food was beautiful. The lamb came out a touch under for two guests — Chelsey fixed it immediately and was gracious about it. Would absolutely book again.
