I am the Founder of Lighthearted Kitchen and a seasonal chef inspired by the connection between food, the body, and the land. My work began through my own healing journey and grew into intimate dinners rooted in organic sourcing, seasonality, education, and intention. Through Lighthearted Kitchen, I create culinary experiences that feel nourishing, beautiful, and deeply connected to the moment - while helping other like-minded chefs do the same.

For gatherings up to 15 guests I cook solo. For every additional 10 guests, I bring an additional helper to support.
