    Burrata & Roasted Peach Crostini

    Wood-fired sourdough topped with creamy burrata, roasted peaches, basil, Calabrian chili honey, and toasted pistachios.

  2. Primo

    Handmade Pappardelle al Funghi

    Fresh pappardelle pasta with wild mushrooms, garlic confit, white wine, parmigiano reggiano, thyme, and black truffle oil.

  3. Secondo

    Herb-Grilled Branzino

    Whole grilled branzino served with charred lemon, salsa verde, roasted heirloom vegetables, and olive oil crushed fingerling potatoes.

  4. Dolce

    Olive Oil Tiramisu

    A light mascarpone tiramisu finished with single-origin cocoa, espresso reduction, and flaky sea salt.
